Why Use the ProMach ProShop
The purpose of the ProMach ProShop is to provide our ProMach organization an easy and quick method to find brand compliant merchandise and apparel to purchase. It is a great resource, for example, to utilize in instances when looking to acquire promotional items for trade shows and other internal or external company events; employee, distributor or customer awards; gifts for customers or groups of employees; and apparel for anything also listed above.
Proper Authority
For those employees ordering on behalf of the business or a business function/cause, please ensure you have either budget authority or proper approval to do so. By providing the ProMach ProShop to employees, this does not mean ProMach Corporate is responsible for ordering decisions made within the Product Brands or functional departments. Just as any other like-instance, all charges are tied to the employee’s cost string and then allocated fittingly, unless other arrangements are previously made, so budget appropriately.
Individual Employee Purchases
While we don’t discourage employees from purchasing items from the shop for personal use or consumption, as a general policy ProMach Corporate does not have an employee reimbursement program. However, Product Brands may instate their own such policy if desired, along with their own set reimbursement process. It is up to their discretion, and it would be communicated locally. For those employees unsure of their local policy, please consult with your manager.
